The 4x4 is amazing though. It's the last event in a meet, and everyone's watching, so when you're coming down the home stretch crazy tired you get a burst of energy when everybody's cheering for you. It's damn great. I ran a 58 on that, couldn't even hear people behind me.

As soon as I am back on my leg, I'm starting a training program for a half marathon. Having done the 10k many times in the past I cam safely say that under normal circumstances I would be fine to train up and run. But I only have 5 months and I've been stuck on my butt for the last 2 months.
